How client data is protected
Data lives on your phone by default, and you can turn on App lock. Cloud backup is free and optional, end-to-end encrypted with your backup password, so Relo cannot read it. Relo never reads your phone’s address book and shows no ads.
FAQ
Can Relo replace my company’s CRM?
No, and it is not meant to. A company CRM tracks deals and team numbers; Relo is your own relationship notebook for the details and follow-ups that do not fit there.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes, as a vCard (.vcf) file, for example one exported from your phone’s contacts or Google Contacts, with a preview before import. There is no one-tap import of your whole address book, by design.
Is business card scanning free?
Quick add (cards, screenshots, text) includes a free monthly allowance on the Free plan; the app shows how much is left. Plus includes more.
